Diesel engines and equipment drive the economy of every nation and it is for that reason that I am engaging all diesel owners in this forum entitled “Diesel Solutions”. Three procedures will be presented that must be followed to get the best from diesel engines and equipment. Those procedures are:
– PREVENTATIVE MAINTAINANCE,
– CAUSES OF FAILURE and
– SOLUTION.
On preventative maintenance, we will start with water which is present in every diesel tank.

Diesel engines and equipment drive the economy of every nation.

This is caused by condensation. This, and dirty diesel (which is being sold in our country) are causing serious damage to injectors and fuel pumps and there are tested and proven solutions to both of these problems, but these are unknown to many diesel engine owners. With “causes of failure and solutions,” an analysis is done to determine the cause of failure and a solution is provided to prevent this from reoccurring.
We are going to share the resources of our 46 years’ experience and will join forces with some of the world’s largest and knowledgeable companies such as Cummins, Fleetguard, Valvoline, Bosch and others. These companies spend millions of dollars in research and development to improve diesel performance. We are going to focus on LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND NEGLECT which are the two main reasons why diesel fails. In this respect, the COVID-19 pandemic can be used as a good example. We have enough knowledge of COVID-19 to agree that we need to wear a mask and wash our hands regularly and those who neglect or refuse to comply could face serious consequences.
Like a human being, diesel has life and must be cared for to deliver the expected results. Diesel operational systems include.
– Feeding System
– Cooling system
– Breathing System
– Combustion System
– Exhaust System
– Hydraulic System
– Moving system
– Electrical System

We are going to address each system as necessary or needed, in order to get the best understanding of diesel and provide proven and tested recommendations to achieve the desired results at the lowest possible cost.
The hand does not work independent of the other members of the body. Similarly, in diesel, each system provides a supporting role for the entire system to function efficiently. We use vitamins and supplements to improve our health, and, in the same way, we use additives to improve diesel health and performance.
In order to accommodate our valued customers in interior locations we are working with all the transportation companies including air, bus, car or boats to receive, repair and return their repaired components while giving those customers convenient payment options through commercial banks and MMG.
