…Trophy Stall/BVA League
Kaieteur News – The Trophy Stall – Berbice Branch sponsored Berbice Volleyball Association (BVA) League served off on Sunday last with the Port Mourant Training Centre Junior Team trouncing Vikings in straight sets.

Trophy Stall – Berbice Reps., Ameena Asgarally (left) and Chitra Bedessie pose with the trophies up for grabs.
Vikings, which just made a return to completion did not receive too much of a happy return as the PMTC side romped to victory at 25-4, 15 and 18, Vikings growing in confidence with each set but it was not good enough to deny PMTC Juniors, victory.
The second round of the League would be played at the Vikings Court next Sunday, November 14;, Black Bush and Rollers are the other teams in contention for the Trophy Stall trophies which would go to the first and second placed team; MVP, Best Setter and Best Attacker.
