Explanation for missing file seems contrived
Dear Editor
It is baffling that first the case file was missing, so the court matter could not proceed, then suddenly it is not missing, but with investigators for additional work. So if the investigation was not complete how come the matter was called up in court? The explanation offered seems contrived.
