Kaieteur News – The Annual General Meeting of the Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) which will be held on Tuesday, March 30 at 6:30 pm at the Club’s Pavilion.
Members are therefore reminded that only those who have paid their membership subscription to March 2020 in full and settled all outstanding dues and bar bills by the 22nd March, 2021 will be allowed to participate in the elections. Associate members are not eligible to participate in the elections.
Provision will not be made for the acceptance of subscription/dues on the day of elections Tuesday, 30th March, 2021. Members are advised to ensure that outstanding subscription/dues are paid on or before 22nd March, 2021 no later than 8:00pm to the Club’s Manager between the hours of 3:00pm to 8:00pm at the club’s pavilion.
Motions to be brought before the meeting must be submitted to the secretary in writing at least ten (10) days before the elections.
