White pudding for the First Lady
Kaieteur News – Guyana’s black and white pudding with pepper or ‘sour’ is known as one of the best in the world. Even the First Lady, Arya Ali, appears not to be able to refuse. In this DPI photo, she was snapped at ‘Aunty Zorina,’ at Montrose Public Road, East Coast Demerara, on Monday picking up a few pieces of white pudding. The vendor has been there for over 25 years with the First Lady indicating that she was a customer since she was a child. The First Lady appears fond of the ‘sour.’
