DEAR EDITOR,
My name is Camille Ragnauth Steinkraus living in Texas but originally from Black Bush Polder, Conentyne, Berbice. I am asking for our leaders to choose Ossie Winston Rodgers for Consulate General of New York. I was privileged to know Mr. Rogers through his live broadcasting on FB and his numerous radio programmes. I was moved by his dedication for democracy and his selfless fight to ensure Granger and his cabal did not get through in stealing our country. I reached out to him and his response to me touched my heart deeply. This gentleman will truly be of great service to our people. We need people with integrity like Mr. Rogers. I am calling on our dear President Dr. Irfaan Ali to appoint this decent young man as representative of our people. Me and the rest of my family who reside in New York have all confidence that Mr. Rogers would be a great representative of our people here in the USA.
Camille Steinkraus

Hard Truths by GHK Lall (Kaieteur News) – No! It’s not oil. It’s bigger. It’s neither mountains nor minerals, seas and forests. Grand, indeed; but wrong again.
