Discipline in the Sugar Industry
I take serious exception to your publishing my letter and mischievously omitting the following critical paragraph:
“A critical factor not to be overlooked is that several managers and managers live in the same community wherein families socialise. The quality of relationships, hopefully not too frequently, can overflow into the work environment.”
It connotes the prejudice (if not ignorance) the editor brings to a profession that should be informed by morality.
