DEAR EDITOR,
The claim that Madam Chair is breaking historical ground (“Justice Singh is once again breaking historical ground” KN May 31), has a ring of truth with the alleged secret, clandestine and hush-hush letter to the head of immigration of which it is alleged the opposition commissioners knew nothing about and which only became public knowledge very recently.
Breaking historical ground indeed!
In an unrelated matter ‘some say Mingo, some say Jagdeo’ rigged elections mantra, (“GTUC wants recount to reflect “true will” of the people” in another news agency’s report of May 31), all said and saw Mingo not once but twice even defying a court order issued by none other than the Chief Justice.
And every day the recount of Region Four brings out the Mingo mantra.
