The Athletics Association of Guyana (AAG) will be hosting its second and consecutive event of the year when the first Developmental meet speeds off this morning from 10:30hrs at the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) ground on Carifesta Avenue and Vlissingen Road.

Revon Williams of Hopetown Flames (front) should be on show today in the 300m and 600m races at the AAG’s Development meet.
Today’s meet comes on the heels of the ‘Cross Country’ fixture which was staged last Sunday at the National Park.

Last week’s standout athletes were Jonathan Fagundes (8km male open), Attoya Harvey (4km female youth), Calvin Williams (6km junior) and Gary Hartog (Masters 8km) who won their respective categories.
