On the “downsizing” of ads to Stabroek News
DEAR EDITOR,
Stabroek News is one of the most trusted, impartial and well-respected media houses in Guyana. For the APNU+AFC ILLEGAL Government to “downsize” advertising in SN speaks volumes of the mentality of the people in the APNU+AFC ILLEGAL Government.
The problem is that the APNU+AFC ILLEGAL Government wants to look good no matter what. This is vanity. They are AFRAID of a little CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM taking such as an insult. This APNU+AFC ILLEGAL Government lost the MORAL AUTHORITY to govern and will now do anything but the right thing to repair the damage. Guyanese have seen them for what they are…a bunch of OPPORTUNISTIC CLOWNS.
It is one transgression after another in such a short period of time.
But should we have seen this coming when David Granger refused to privatise the State Media, and started demanding airtime to propaganda the people? These are not the actions of someone who cherish Press Freedom.
