DEAR EDITOR,
Just from reading Peeping Tom’s “The Poor have little to get”, I wonder whether a huge cost not mentioned will be the interest cost on the incurred oil infrastructure cost ($2 billion plus). If Guyana is to get some share of the oil revenue, then the exploration company(ies) will want some repayment on the sunk costs plus related interest on a periodic basis – daily/weekly/etc.
