Mix Up, Turning Point, Thunder and C7 registered quarterfinal victories when the Ivanoff Vodka dominoes competition continued recently at Dynasty Sports bar.
Mix Up marked 93 games to beat Players on 68 and C6 with 62. Mark Wiltshire and Gilbert Mendonca were in fine form as they chalked the maximum 18 games each for the winners while Earl Mars and P. Sargeant made 16 each for Players.
Turning Point scored 86 games to overcome Gangster with 80 and Phantom on 60. Turning Point were led by Sandra Welch who made the maximum 18 games while Susan Collymore contributed 16. Dereck Collymore and Sevens Collymore led Gangster with 18 and 17 games respectively; Rawl Peters scored the maximum 18 games for Phantom.
Thunder and C7 were tied on 74 games each in their encounter while Transport ended in the cellar position with 70 games. Faye Joseph scored 17 and Q. Adams made 16 games for Thunder while B. Edwards and R. Cato marked 17 and 16 games in that order for C7; Nichols got 16 for Transport.
