It took West Ruimveldt fourteen years to once again play in a Finals as play continues in the A. Munroe organised, AL Sport & Tour Promotions National Sports Commission 22nd Edition End of School Year, Edward Cobenna Memorial Primary Schools Windball Cricket Champions Trophy tournament.

In the second semi final, Saint Pius won the toss and elected to bat, they put up a challenging total of 106-1, Danesh Ramjeawan 46 (6s -7) and Jamal Williams 36.
West Ruimveldt responded with 112-0, Omarian Cummings 70 (6s -11) and Vikash Asram 15 led the response.
The boys 3rd place and finals will be contested today commencing at 5:30pm. Director of Sport Christopher Jones is scheduled to be present to witness the game and do the presentation of prizes.
The students will be making their final appearance under the respective primary schools. Third place will see Enterprise vs, Saint Pius, and then the curtains will come down with West Ruimveldt opposing Winfer Garden. A keen contest is expected between the two schools.
Trophies will be presented to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th placed teams, while players in 2nd, 3rd and 4th are to receive medals, along with players in the winning teams will all receive Back Packs.
