Winfer Gardens will play their first Windball cricket final after they defeated Enterprise when play in the AL Sport and Tour Promotions 22nd Annual End of School Year Edward Cobenna Memorial Primary Schools Champions trophy continued recently at the National Gymnasium.
In the first semi final, Winfer Gardens won the toss and invited Enterprise to take first strike, they made 109 with Moses Cordis scoring an unbeaten 68 with five fours and eight sixes while Colin Gravesande made 36 with six sixes.
Winfer Gardens made 113-2 in reply with one ball remaining. Shane Prince struck 64, while Shakel Marshall made 18 and Ovid Playtev 12; Terrance Wilson had two wickets.
