Speaker as acting President
DEAR EDITOR,
Given the illegality of the current Government, as per the CCJ decision, the best way forward would be for a Caretaker Government with the Speaker of Parliament – Dr. Barton Scotland – to be appointed as acting President, with the Prime Minister drawn from the Opposition Benches, and with Ministers chosen from both sides of the House, pending General Elections.
