I have been a satisfied consumer of CRIX ever since. But somehow, the manufacturers (or the marketers) seemed to have gotten the recent packaging wrong.
To repeat the external packaging (design and texture) around the contents inside is clearly superfluous. One does not wish to be bombarded with all that colour before getting to the biscuits, which seem too fragile anyhow, as they crack-up much too easily when trying to release them from an overwrapped and over-coloured package.
This is to ask the distributors to review this cracked CRIX, a component of my morning breakfast.
Yours faithfully
E.B. John
