D’ Andrade wins Harold Suepaul 6km race in T&T

Guyanese Lionel D’ Andrade continued his fine showing in Trinidad and Tobago last weekend when he captured the Harold Suepaul 6km race and placed second in the Diamond Dash 5km event.
On Saturday, D’ Andrade won the Harold Suepaul 6km race in a time 18 minutes 17 seconds while fellow Guyanese Kelvin Johnson took the runner-up spot in 18:29 and Kriston Charles of the Twin Island Republic placed third in 19:51.
On Sunday in the Diamond Dash, D’ Andrade clocked 16:25 to finish behind Shivran Baboolal of Trinidad and Tobago who won the race in 15:57; Richard Jones also of the host nation placed third in 16:42.
