Swearing In:
Prime Minister Moses Nagamootoo was yesterday sworn in by Chancellor of the Judiciary, Justice Yonette Cummings-Edwards, to perform the duties of the President of the 
Cooperative Republic of Guyana.
Immediately after, the Oath of Office was administered to Vice President and Minister of Foreign Affairs Carl Greenidge to perform duties of the Office of the Prime Minister.
Earlier yesterday, President David Granger departed Guyana for the Republic of Cuba to undergo continuing medical treatment for his illness.
