A medical issue
Dear Editor,
I have a little issue with the hospital that is linked with public hospital. My niece was to do a heart surgery because after a few tests they told her she had to do a surgery for her heart.
She paid them the money they asked for—$1,500,000. Now they say that she has to do two more tests after she pays them the money and if she wants to cancel the surgery, they will only refund her only $800,000.
