I am right on the brink of changing my mind about the PPP and PNC working together for a UNITED GUYANA to “We should divide up the country and go our separate ways”.
With Statements like PNCR Chairperson Volda Lawrence’s “The only friends I got is PNC, so the only people I could give work to is PNC” AND statements attributable to Bharrat Jagdeo I am wondering why I am even bothering about a United Guyana?
Then Volda Lawrence gets to tax her own people and develop her country and Bharrat Jagdeo gets to tax his own people and develop his country.
Perhaps the time has come for us to really look at going our separate ways. If some people cannot let go of the past so that we can have a better future then there is no point in pretending that we are a United People.
We should look into having an Indian State, an African State, an Amerindian State and another STATE for people who would like to live and work together. This way, everyone is happy.
If you cannot RECONCILE your differences then a total DIVORCE is inevitable.
Yours faithfully,
Sean Ori
