Venezuelan among three nabbed with 9mm pistols, ammo
A Venezuelan national is among three persons, who were on Monday nabbed by police with two handguns in Charity on the Essequibo Coast.
The guns and ammunition that were found under the driver’s seat of the car
Based on reports reaching this publication, sometime about 14:30 hrs, ranks on an Anti-Crime Mobil Patrol intercepted motorcar HC 9487 at Charity Essequibo Coast. There were three occupants, one being a Venezuelan residing in Guyana.
Two .9mm pistols with three magazines and 58 live rounds of ammunition were found. The three persons are presently in police custody as investigations continue.
