People does deh driving dem car and de next thing you know, somebody come up wid a gun and put it to de people head. Then dem does order dem fuh get out de car and drive away wid it. Dat is carjacking in Guyana.
People does park dem car and go and sleep. When dem wake up de next morning, de car gone. Somebody thief it.
But a man lef he car in a lonely area and nobody ain’t trouble it. De car lef deh fuh days and if somebody didn’t draw it to de attention of de police, it woulda still be parked right there. Nobody didn’t try to even look at de car twice. Is when de police come, dem realize dat de man who park de car get shoot in Liliendaal earlier in de week.
He was one of five who go to visit a house wid some safe. When de police find de car, dem find a driver’s licence. It got de man address, he name and he photograph. Dat is how people come to seh is he car and dat he park it to go pon dis outing in Liliendaal.
He got a car but dem use another car. Is like if dem play lotto to decide.
De police search de car from top to bottom. Dem boys want to know if dem did expect to find another man hiding inside.
Dem boys who know how things does wuk, tell some people dat de car is a hijack car, dat dis man thief it and been using it like he own. De number plate could be genuine. De car is dem old Toyota Premio suh de number PNN 8866 could be genuine.
And dat is another thing. De police does be quick to put out press release. Dis time, dem ain’t seh nutten. Is like dem ain’t fussy to talk bout wha happen. If things wuk out, since de man Ian Forde, can’t come back and since none of he family ain’t look like dem interested, de police gon get another car which dem can use undercover.
