Assault accused remanded
Forty-two year old, Leon Howard of East La Penitence, Georgetown, was yesterday remanded by Magistrate Fabayo Azore when he appeared before her at the Georgetown Magistrates Courts on an assault charge.
It is alleged that on July 13, last, Howard unlawfully assaulted and caused bodily harm to Randolph Wilson at Station Street, Kitty.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was refused bail.
Howard is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
