I made a query with regards to missing contributions on 24 July 2017. So far there has been no response/update to my query.
I can recall that the PRO mentioned some time back that people should not go to the media to air their complaints when it can be handled by NIS or something to that effect. I had an issue with NIS way back. It was not addressed by the NIS for 18 months, only when I wrote a detailed letter to the editor of KN and SN was my issue addressed.
See KN – March 15, 2016 ‘The grand run around between the NIS and its contributor’. My query ID number is 785.
Thank you.
