Before the CCJ ruled on the Presidential term limits, the CCJ asked for documents to be compiled and submitted to it, about the origin of the presidential term limit amendment.
Should the same approach not have been taken by our Courts when they supported President Granger’s appointment of the GECOM chairman?
Both the presidential term limit and GECOM chair selection have the same origin.
