A famous singer name Sundar Popo sang a song dat dem boys love. It goes like dis and dem always use to sing it whenever dem see politicians do wrong things,
“Your moddas love will never forget de wrong things you do, child, yuh bound to regret.””
Jagdeo, dat scamp, know dat song too well but he throw dem words over he shoulder and dat mek ee deh in prickle now.
He serve as president fuh 12 years and always use to hide from the press.
De reason fuh dat is because he was afraid to face tough questions about thieving and corruption. And when you tell him about it, he use to seh, ‘Provide de evidence.’
He is in opposition 3 years now and every week he got a press conference but he don’t talk nutten of value or wha mek sense.
If you think dem boys lie, just name one thing he ever seh dat was of value in the last 3 years. If you do dat, dem boys promise to shut down dis newspaper.
He nevah do anything good. And if you can name something he do good, fuh Guyana, name it. As a matter of fact, he share out Guyana to foreign people. Dem fetch away de timber, gold, bauxite, fish, even de fine fish. And Guyana never got a cent.

Just imagine; de oil is Guyana’s wealth fuh de nation and many generations to come. And dis man, Jagdeo, de Opposition Leader, who see and know ‘bout de lopsided contract dat only favour de oil companies, calling press conference every week and not saying a word about dem contract.
