Apr 08, 2018 Letters
I laughed heartily at a couple of recent letters in the media attempting to denigrate and slander Dr. Frank Anthony. Yes some letter writers do provide comic relief. Besides being a spurious attempt to sew divisions within the ranks of the PPP, the letters attempt to paint a Frank Anthony that is non-existent. The fact is that everyone who knows Frank or know of him will tell you that he is a true follower in the footsteps of Dr. Cheddi Jagan – humble, decent, honest, caring, principled and possessed of integrity. Apparently, those who may be used to brashness, loudness, limelight-hogging and chest thumping, mistake Frank’s astute and potent leadership qualities for weakness. I suggest they ground with the Guyanese people as Frank does and become privy to a bit of realism.
Sincerely
Rohit Singh
