Clarification needed on unemployment report
Dear Editor,
It would be instructive if the Guyana Bureau of Statistics can provide the following information:
– Number of people of working age.
– Number of people of working age who are in employment.
– Number of people of working age who are in training.
– Number of people of working age who are not employed.
– Number of people of working age who are in full-time employment.
While I am sure the information is there on their website it would be easier for Guyanese to get a better understanding of the employment/unemployment situation in Guyana.
