Come Sunday April 8 next, the National Cultural Centre would be the battle ground for up and coming bodybuilders to showcase how good they are when the Guyana Amateur Body Building and Fitness Federation (GABBFF) brings off the 2018 edition of the beginners competition.
Stepping on board yet again is Fitness Express which has already handed over sponsorship to the federation to cement its ongoing partnership.
GABBFF President Coel Marks made his way to the John and Sheriff Streets headquarters of Fitness Express to receive the sponsorship cheque form Manager, Jamie McDonald who once again expressed his company’s delight to be associated with the event.
”We have been supporting body building for many years now and see it necessary to maintain this commitment to our nation’s athletes who work hard to get their bodies in shape for the stage. Body building has been making encouraging strides and we would like to see this continue to the other level.”
Marks in response expressed his federation’s gratitude to McDonald and Fitness Express for the continued confidence placed in the sport.
Show time on Sunday April 8 is fixed for 19:00hrs and admission is pegged at $1,500.
