The truth is ‘profits before people’
Dear Editor,
It has been reported that Guyana’s President David Granger is in Kenya telling people to put people before profits. Yet, with the sacking of thousands of people and increased stealth taxes the APNU+AFC Government of President David Granger is clearly doing the opposite. That is, they putting profits (money) before people.
Clearly, President David Granger is way off the mark when he believes that sacking people to save a little bit of money is going to benefit Guyanese. So, where is the benefit to Guyanese? The bloated Public Service?
