Dear Editor,
Upon reviewing my DVR cameras earlier, I noticed the Health Inspector of the Craig-Caledonia NDC, and a strange man looking in the bushes of the South-Western boundary of a parcel of land known as Parcel 163 that I occupy, as a result of an Agreement of Sale entered into in 2014.
If by chance they were looking for the pall that was planted in 1985, demarcatimg the Western boundary of Parcel 163, I will be happy to show them where the pall is in support of the fact that I have not encroached on neighbours’ properties.
I would further like to remind the officers of the Craig-Caledonia NDC of the fact of an injunction that is in effect against the NDC pending the resolution of the Mediation Center, and frequent visits to my residence would be seen as harassment and Contempt of Court. I would not hesitate to return to the court for further safeguards of my rights.
Rgds,
Fazal Gafoor
