Dear Editor,
I am writing with regards to an article in your paper with the heading, “City garbage situation under control.” As the attached photo will show, this is very far from reality. I have met with Mr. Narine at this very location of 5 Commerce Street in front of Hacks’ Halaal Restaurant to discuss this problem to have this bin relocated. As this is no place for a commercial waste bin to be located. In front a food establishment. I would also like to add that our business does not use this bin and our garbage is collected by private contractors on a daily basis. This situation has been going on for almost two months with no relief in sight. I would appreciate if the media can assist me in this helpless situation.
