Enterprise Busta SC T20 to commence on October 7
The Enterprise Busta Sports Club annual T20 Festival is schedule to commence on October 7 with several matches. The main aim of this competition which is being sponsored by the Guyana Beverage Company Inc. is to promote cricket and unearth talent on the East Coast of Demerara. Some of the teams expected to participate in this year’s competition are defending champions Enterprise Busta Sports Club A team, Enmore, Lusignan, Fairfield and Golden Grove.
Among the players to feature will be Rajendra Chandrika, Bhaskar Yadram, Zaheer Mohamed, Kamesh Yadram and Pradesh Balkishun.
Interested teams can contact R. Balram on 667 8277 or R. Mangal on 644 3799 for more information. The drawing will take place on October 1, at the Enterprise Community Center ground.
The winning team will take home a trophy and $50,000, the runner up a trophy and 25,000 while the best batsman and bowler in the final will also be rewarded.
