The police would respond to the sighting of an escaped criminal in the eastern part of the country. The reports are that the escaped prisoners are desirous of reaching Cayenne where the country has an aversion to the death penalty.
It will turn out that the police are going to be unlucky because the person sighted would be warned.

Scam artistes are surfacing in the depressed communities. Three men will visit a home pretending to represent the power company. In reality they will be sizing up the property for a later visit. As fate would have it the homeowner would unload his suspicion to a neighbor who would then notify the police.
The final game is still to be played out.
