– Bids in for Ministry of Finance Annex Building
During the opening of tenders yesterday at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), tenders were open for the construction of a new nursery and primary school at Bamia, Region Ten (Upper Demerara/ Upper Berbice).
The Procuring entity is the Regional Democratic Council for that region.

The RDC is the procuring entity for the construction of a Regional Administrative Building, Phase One:
The Finance Ministry is the procuring entity for the construction of an annex building at 77 Croal Street and Winter Place, Stabroek Georgetown.
The Guyana Defense Force (GDF) was listed as the procuring entity for two contracts.

Tenders were open for the supply and delivery of boulders for river and sea defense works within Region Three (Essequibo Islands/West Demerara).
The Hinterland Electrification Company Incorporated (HECI) of the Ministry of Public Infrastructure is the procuring entity for the construction of a new office building at Lethem.
The Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) was listed as the procuring entity for the supply and delivery of computer items.
Tenders were open for the construction of facilities for the Orealla Radio Station, Region Six (East Berbice/Corentyne). The Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) is the procuring entity.
Procurement of security services
Bids were also submitted for the procurement of security services for several RDCs.

The National Parks Commission (NPC) is the procuring entity for the construction of a reservoir at the Zoological Park, Georgetown.

The RDC for Region Four (Demerara/Mahaica), was listed as the procuring entity for the procurement of an ultra-sound machine.
The Ministry of Health is the procuring entity for several contracts.
