Local boxing referee/judges receive AIBA certificates
Local referee/judges Ramona Agard and Richard Braithwaite were
recently officially welcomed to the AIBA One Star ranks. The two received certificates and One Star badges from president of the Guyana Boxing Association Steve Ninvalle, an Executive Committee Member of AIBA. Agard and Braithwaite were successful at the One Star examination held in Barbados last December.
In congratulating the two locals, Ninvalle charged them to move on to becoming Two Stars this year.
