They say that hard work breeds success and that theory could not have been more effectively
exemplified than when coach of the Forgotten Youth Foundation, Sebert Blake, was officially conferred with the instruments of an AIBA three Star and WSB coach. Blake now joins an elite group that is qualified to train boxers to higher standards and he is extremely delighted with the accolade.
He had undergone training in Cuba and had excelled in every area thus his qualification. Blake had misplaced the certificate while returning from the Spanish speaking country but received the replacement following the intervention of President of the Guyana Boxing Association (GBA), Steve Ninvalle. The newly qualified coach expresses gratitude to his president while endeavoring to continue working assiduously towards the development of his charges.
