NSC Mash Badminton winners to receive prizes today

The National Sports Commission Mashramani junior badminton tournament was played off on Saturday last at the National Gymnasium in the Under-11, 13 & 15 Boys and Girls Singles.
The Guyana Badminton Association (GBA) is very pleased to see the young players in action and the youngest was only 4 years old. The association has set the presentation of prizes for today at the National Gymnasium.
The Matches Played were:
UNDER-11 BOYS SINGLES SEMI FINALS:
Avinash Ramnarine defeated Nikhil Sookraj: 21-18
Jonathan Debidin defeated Jared Bird: 21-1
UNDER-11 BOYS SINGLES FINALS:
Jonathan Debidin defeated Avinash Ramnarine: 21-4
UNDER-11 GIRLS SINGLES SEMI-FINALS:
Kayla Jordon defeated 4 year old Gianna Ramnarine: 21-9
Hailey Choo-A-Fat defeated 4 year old Gianna Ramnarine: 21-18
UNDER-11 GIRLS SINGLES FINALS:
Kayla Jordon defeated Hailey Choo-A-Fat: 21-12
UNDER-13 BOYS SINGLES SEMI-FINALS:
Vikash Mootoo defeated Matthew Beharry: 21-11, 21-6
UNDER-13 BOYS SINGLES FINALS:
Andrew Debidin defeated Vikash Mootoo: 21-9, 21-8
UNDER-13 GIRLS SINGLES SEMI-FINALS:
Lesha Singh defeated Lathika Kandayel: 21-12, 21-17
Sasha Singh defeated Elesa Sangster: 21-14, 21-19
UNDER-13 GIRLS SINGLES FINALS:
Lesha Singh defeated Sasha Singh: 21-8, 21-3
UNDER-15 SINGLES FINALS:
Crystal Permaul defeated Sarah Samad: 21-16, 21-16
