years, on conviction for robbery under arms and unlawful possession of firearm and ammunition, was arrested by ranks of the Guyana Police Force, at his home, early yesterday.
The police said that before the convict is taken to the prison to serve his sentence, he has to face two additional charges for possession of arms and possession of ammunition.
During the search of his house, where he was arrested, ranks found an unlicensed 9mm Ruger semi-automatic pistol with seven matching rounds.
