During the opening of the Tenders at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), Ministry of Finance, Main Street Georgetown, Financial Proposals were submitted for Consultancy Services for the construction of a Bridge across the Demerara River at Wismar, Linden Region Ten.
Tenders bearing Financial Proposals were opened for Consultancy Services for the Hydrogeological and Geotechnical Investigations at the Proposed Sanitary Landfills at Linden, Mahdia and Lethem. Two companies submitted Proposals. The Ministry of Communities was listed as the Procuring Entity.
Four Companies submitted bids for the procurement of Indent supplies. The Procuring Entity was listed as the Ministry of Health.
Bids were opened for the Construction of a Day Care Centre. Twelve contractors submitted bids for this project. The Procuring Entity is the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC). The engineer’s estimate was announced as $39.9M
Tenders bearing Financial Proposals for Consultancy Services for a study to determine the economic impact of Air Transport on Guyana’s economy were also opened.
Financial Proposals were submitted for Consultancy Services for the feasibility study and design for the rehabilitation of the Linden/Soesdyke Highway.
Tenders were also opened for the completion of the Training Centre, Phase Two at Sophia. The Procuring Entity is the Ministry of Education, Department of Culture, Youth and Sport. The engineer’s estimate was announced at $24.8M.
Eleven contractors submitted bids for the extension and upgrading of the Squash Court at Wolford Avenue, Georgetown. The Procuring Entity is the Ministry of Education; Department of Culture, Youth and Sport. The engineer’s estimate was announced at $9.8M.
Tenders were opened for the Construction of a Recording Studio and Perimeter Fence at the National School of Music, Region Four. The engineer’s estimate was announced as $14.7M.
Finally, tenders were opened for the restoration and upgrade of Castellani House, Georgetown. The engineer’s estimate is $14.3M.
