Everywhere dem boys tun is a scandal. Somebody gone wid $100 million and not even de GECOM boss can seh is who. In fact, nobody inside GECOM talking.
De story break when de auditors find out that GECOM order some radio fuh de elections. Ramotar fork over $100 million because de GECOM people seh dem want radio to help wid de elections. GECOM put out a tender and indeed somebody contact de company that does mek de radio.
Dem boys find out that when de tender went out de company believe that it gun get it but a smart Alec find another one who decide that he can mek money. He go to a junk heap and pick up some radio. De same GECOM that seh it want these radio sets so urgently never even touch dem. Like somebody know that de radio dem wasn’t wukking.
De foreign company now telling dem boys that de people never contact dem after de first time. Wuss yet, de company stop mekking dem radio since 2009 so dem couldn’t supply that set.
Who supply de radio is now de big question. And who collect de money? Dem boys seh everybody eye pass Guyana. Imagine that normally, dem radio, when dem new, cost $300,000 apiece. But de story ain’t done deh. Who gun spend money on expensive equipment and don’t get a warranty. De radios didn’t have any suh GECOM couldn’t send dem back fuh repairs or claim a refund.
Dem boys want to know why nobody ain’t get lock up yet. Money scarce and people squandering it. Dem boys hear that de man who get de contract lying low. But everybody know GECOM got de records about who supply de radio and who de cheque mek out to.
This thing so shameful that even Jagdeo ain’t putting he mouth in de story. Donald wuss. He singing Karaoke when people ask him about de money and Ashni lef de country.
Dem radio sets now sitting in GECOM waiting fuh BK tek dem and carry dem to de Haags Bosch landfill site.
Talk half and wait to see who gun get lock up
