Pieces chalked up 80 games to win the final of the Pieces dominoes tournament which was contested on Thursday night at Dynasty Sports bar.

Senior organising secretary of the Georgetown Dominoes Association Mark Wiltshire accepts the cheque from Faye Joseph.
C7 took the runner up spot with 78 games, while Providence placed third on 66. Denzil Thomas and Navin Singh got 16 and 14 games each for the winners, while Reuben Chato and Andrew Marks got 16 each for C7. Shawn Davis who grabbed the MVP marked 17 and Junior Smith 15 for Providence.
Meanwhile, the Champion of Champions tournament will commence tomorrow at 1223 Gaulding Place, South Ruimveldt. Entrance fee is $12,000and the winning team will take home a trophy and $175,000, runner up $60,000 and third place $20,000. The player of the final will receive $5,000. Double six time is 15:00hrs.
The competition will conclude on Monday at Dynasty. Teams can contact Mark Wiltshire on 665 5855 for more information. The competition is being sponsored by Strikers Sports bar, Faye Joseph, Big Boss Trucking Service and Dynasty Sports bar.
