The Guyana Police Force has issued a wanted bulletin for a suspect, almost six months after the
decomposed body of a Brazilian woman was found in a shallow grave at Muruwa Backdam, Konawaruk River, Region Eight.
Miners were conducting prospecting exercises in the area on February 21, last, when they stumbled upon the body of 43-year-old Brazilian national, Maria Souza Da Silva.
Reports are that the remains, already in an advanced stage of decomposition, were discovered around 16:15 hrs on the aforementioned date.
Yesterday, the force issued the bulletin for Antonio Do Nascimento Da Silva called ‘Matogrose’ whose last known addresses are Muruwa Backdam, Konawaruk; Potaro and Boa Vista, Brazil.
