GPL always causing confusion. People does deh watching TV when all of a sudden GPL does tek way de lights. De other day dem had a big confusion over some contract fuh meters. Guyana always want meters because people got a way of trying to get free electricity. Nuff of dem dead trying to mek de connection, but some get through.
Imagine a man climbing a pole wid a knife to trim wire and hook up de wire to he home. GPL decide to put meter pun every house and was no ordinary meter. This meter suppose to be smart. It can tell when people thiefing suh dem put out de tender.
A Chinee company claim to mek these meters fuh all dem country but a local company claim how somebody fiddle wid de contract. Was a big story and de general manager lost he wuk. De new General Manager pull de contract and order a new tender. Everybody was happy. Now dem got more confusion.
Nuff people like de Chinee company because dem boys seh it spreading money. You got to spend to get is de policy. Joe Lin like de Chinee company and dem boys hear BK also like de Chinee company, but de word come out that de people who putting up de money fuh de meters don’t want de Chinee company. Nobody don’t know why.
This is de confusion. All of dem who want de Chinee company backing off because no money, no meter. And no meter, no thiefing.
Dem boys want to know if dem who tek de Chinee money gun give it back. People vex. Dem can’t go to Soulja Bai and ask he fuh beg fuh de Chinee because Soulja Bai don’t even know wha going on.
Dem boys seh that de people wid de money watching close and even if somebody inside de tender board want to lean, dem know that de fence rotten. Everybody watching. Why dem frighten de Chinee? De last contract dem get still got some problems.
Talk half and wait fuh de result.
