C’bean Squash C/ships in T&T Guyana off to solid start

The Guyana squash team were off to a solid start when the 2016 Caribbean Squash Championships (CASA), which runs from August 8-14, began on Monday in Trinidad with the women’s team claiming five of the eight quarter final spots, while Sunil Seth was able to claim a spot in the Men’s division.
On Monday in the Men’s First Round:
Ben Mekdeci (GUY) lost Rhett Cumberbatch (BAR) – 3-1 (4/11, 8/11, 4/11)
Nyron Joseph (GUY) beat Don Benn (BAR) 3-1 (11-7, 3-11, 11-8, and 11-5)
Sunil Seth (GUY) had a bye
Jason-Ray Khalil (GUY) had a bye
Monday in Men’s Second Round:
