Dear Editor,
I will like for you to publish my concern of Sunday’s edition dated, 17th July, 2016. First, I must commended President David Granger and his Government for re-opening investigations on all the corruption that happened by the-top-government officials under the P.P.P/C Administration.
Sir, we the residents of Region No. 2 are very much concerned of an incident that happened some years back at the New Opportunity Corp (N.O.C) Onderneeming, Essequibo Coast. Where a certain top official from the Ministry of Youth & Sports who worked there at the time, raped and molested the inmates (young girls)
Sir, we would like to know where are those girls, if they get paid off for the story to keep down as a secret or what happen. Mr. President, we the resident in Region No.2 are very concerned because the very said individual holds a top bureaucratic post in Region 2
Sir, this person drives tinted vehicles and his father- in- law who recently get jailed for drug trafficking. We would like President Granger to use his good office and re-open this investigation on this matter as early as possible. So we will much please to know the out come.
D. Arthur
