A freak accident
A family traveling to Moruca early yesterday morning is lucky to be alive after the car in which
they were traveling turned turtle at Better Hope, Essequibo Coast, leaving them with minor injuries.
According to reports, the driver of the vehicle HC 841, was transporting a family traveling to Moruca when he lost control of the vehicle at Better Hope. The driver apparently applied brakes before he reached a hump and toppled over. It was raining heavily at the time.
The occupants of the car were transported to the Oscar Joseph Hospital at Charity where they received medical attention.
