Fuh years Guyana depending pun foreign aid. Wha dem politicians never tell Guyanese de meaning of foreign aid. Dem boys seh dem read how foreign aid is transferring of money from poor people in rich countries to rich people in poor countries.
Guyana know good about that. How else Jagdeo coulda build that mansion he live in wid a $100 million chandelier inside. And everybody know de rest of de Pee Pee Pee boys and girls.
