5km event for persons with disabilities postponed
The 5km Run, walk, Wheel for persons with disabilities scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday 24th, April, 2016 at the National Park has been postponed to a date to be announced later.
To the sixty one athletes who indicated their interest to complete, their parents, guardians and the general public, Special Olympics Guyana apologizes for this disappointment which is beyond our control, a release stated.
The new date for the event will be communicated in a timely manner.
