Man fatally struck down at Diamond
The East Bank Demerara roadway has claimed yet another life. Its latest victim has been identified as Sew Persaud.
While little is known of the man and what transpired that lead to his demise, staff at the Diamond Diagnostic Hospital, revealed that the man was brought in by three individuals in an unconscious state. It was late yesterday afternoon that information was provided to this publication confirming the man’s fate.
A police source later revealed that the driver of motor vehicle, PFF 6802, said that he was heading north along the Diamond Public Road when Persaud ran into the path of his vehicle.
